Urban Windelen is the Executive Director of the German Energy Storage Association (BVES e.V.), bringing extensive expertise in environmental and energy law. With over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, Mr. Windelen has a deep understanding of energy and environmental law, having started his career at the headquarters of the German Christian Democratic Party (CDU). He studied law at the University of Bonn and the University of Trier, and has since applied his legal knowledge to various roles in the energy industry.

Deepak Gadhia is a pioneer in solar concentrating technology in India, renowned for his contribution to commercializing solar steam cooking systems. In 1994, he facilitated the transfer of Scheffler solar concentrator technology from Germany and developed the world’s first Solar Steam Cooking System for the Brahma Kumaris.

His company, Gadhia Solar, became a global leader in Solar Steam Cooking Systems, implementing more than 60 projects, including the largest system at Shirdi Temple, which serves over 50,000 meals daily. He also developed India’s first solar thermal air-conditioning system for a 160-bed cancer hospital in Gujarat.

In 2010, Deepak Gadhia exited Gadhia Solar to focus on his role as a trustee at Muni Seva Ashram. In 2018, he became Chairman of Sunrise CSP India Pvt. Mr. Thomas Moeller serves as the Director and Head of Origination & Structuring for Renewables at KfW IPEX-Bank, Frankfurt. With more than two decades of experience in the banking sector, he leads a team of Project Managers responsible for identifying and structuring financing for global renewable energy projects.

Before his current role, Thomas served as Head of Corporate Strategy and Sustainability at IPEX, advising the Management Board on strategic initiatives and spearheading projects to evolve the bank’s business model. His work focused on sustainability, establishing his team as a hub for sustainable finance within KfW-Group, and he played a key role in KfW's group-wide Network Sustainable Finance.

With over 25 years of experience in energy sector consulting, Anish is an acclaimed expert in energy sector reform, regulatory frameworks, strategic planning, investment, corporate strategy, energy markets, smart grids, and digital solutions.

Kumi Kitamori is the Deputy Director at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Environment Directorate. Dr. Jani has also served as the Principal Research Scientist at Gujarat Energy Research & Management Institute (GERMI), where he pioneered several renewable energy initiatives at both state and national levels. His efforts in the solar sector have included the training of over 1,500 solar professionals, launching the National Certification Programme for Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Installers, and setting up solar-focused ITIs in Gujarat.

Mr. Derek Michael Shah, Senior Vice President at Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), is leading the Green Energy vertical under L&T Energy, which spans Manufacturing, EPC, and Development work in the Green Energy sector. Under his leadership, L&T is manufacturing Alkaline Electrolysers at Hazira, Gujarat, through a technology license agreement with European OEM McPhy Energy.

Mr. Shah is driving the development of large-scale Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia projects on both the east and west coasts of India, aimed at supplying global markets including Europe, Southeast Asia, and Japan. These initiatives align L&T with the global push toward sustainable energy.

With over three decades at L&T, Mr. Shah has held key positions in various divisions, including Metallurgical, Material Handling (MMH), and Power, where he has forged strategic partnerships with global technology leaders and executed significant domestic and international projects.

In his tenure as Senior Deputy Election Commissioner at the Election Commission of India, Suorep played a pivotal role in overseeing the production and distribution of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), strengthening IT architecture, and ensuring the smooth conduct of elections in challenging states like West Bengal and Kerala.

He has also contributed significantly to the renewable energy sector in Tamil Nadu, leading the state's rollout of grid-tied solar rooftops and promoting large-scale private sector adoption of solar energy. Mr. Jishnu Barua, a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1988 Assam-Meghalaya cadre, has had a distinguished career in public service. Over his tenure, he held key positions in the State Government of Assam and the Central Government, including roles as Deputy Commissioner, Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Director (Central), and Joint Secretary.

Mr. Barua eventually rose to the post of Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, from which he superannuated on 31st August 2022. During his tenure, he also served as Chairman of the Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd (APDCL).

In March 2023, Mr. Jishnu Barua was appointed as Chairperson of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), the statutory body responsible for regulating the power sector in India. CERC functions with quasi-judicial authority under the Electricity Act, 2003.

Lise Breuil, with an engineering background and a PhD related to the management of urban services in developing countries, has been with the French Development Agency (AFD) for over 17 years. She has worked across various infrastructure sectors, most recently heading the AFD Transport and Mobility division.

In September 2023, she was appointed as the Country Director for India, based in Delhi. AFD has been actively involved in India since 2008, with a key focus on sustainable urban development. This includes urban mobility, where AFD is financing metro projects in six Indian cities, as well as the CITIIS program, which introduces innovative approaches to urban development, water and sanitation, and solid waste management.

Since April 2018, Carolin Gassner has been heading the South Asia Department within KfW Development Bank. Her extensive career at KfW began in 1996, where she has held various leadership roles across multiple departments including Securitisation, Credit Risk Management, and Development Banking.

Prior to leading the South Asia Department, Carolin was the Head of the Financial Institutions and Country Risk Department within KfW Group’s Credit Risk Management division. Her deep expertise in managing financial institutions and risks has contributed to her leading roles in international development finance.

Carolin holds a degree in Economics (Diplom-Volkswirt) from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen, and before joining KfW, she worked at the ifo Institute for Economic Research in Munich. Sajay K.V. serves as the Chief Executive Officer for India at Zelestra, a Spain-based renewable energy Independent Power Producer (IPP), supported by the Swedish Private Equity firm, EQT.

A seasoned renewable energy stakeholder capitalist, Sajay believes in leveraging Renewable Energy as a Service (REaaS) to deliver net-zero power generation solutions. His extensive experience includes leadership roles at multinational companies like Siemens Gamesa, BrightNight, and Hero Future Energies. Sajay’s proven track record of success includes:

• A +7 GW renewable energy footprint across India and Sri Lanka, where he led the origination, development, and value creation of major renewable energy projects.

Shri K. Rajaraman assumed the role of Chairperson of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on August 1, 2023, following nearly 35 years of distinguished service in various leadership positions in both the Government of India and the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Before joining IFSCA, Shri Rajaraman served in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) until his retirement in August 2023, most recently as Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Telecommunications. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communications, along with a first-class MBA and a Master’s in Economics.

Shri Rajaraman’s career began as a Design Engineer at BHEL, Trichy. Over his years as an IAS officer, he held several high-profile administrative roles, covering areas such as investment promotion, foreign direct investment (FDI), public sector undertakings, industrial infrastructure, and VAT administration. He was also the Managing Director of Chennai Metro Railways during its early construction phase, and Commissioner for Commercial Taxes in the Government of Tamil Nadu. His experience also includes being Joint Secretary Expenditure in the Government of India and Additional Secretary for Investment and Economic Relations in the Ministry of Finance's Department of Economic Affairs.

Vivek Sharma is a distinguished business leader with over 22 years of experience in the energy and natural resources sector. As the Chief of the Energy Strategy Group at Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL), he oversees strategic planning, management decision support, and growth identification for the group’s energy businesses. His portfolio also includes emerging markets such as dispatchable renewable energy (RE), green hydrogen, energy storage, manufacturing, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining AESL, Vivek worked with CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory as Senior Director, leading the energy, sustainability, and natural resources practices. In this role, he worked closely with the Indian government on key initiatives, such as integrated energy policies, 24x7 power programs, utility reforms, renewable energy incentives, and the financial viability of discoms. He has also been part of several successful public-private partnership (PPP) and M&A transactions, particularly in the RE space.

Vivek has served on various committees on power sector reform, including being an honorary member of the V.K. Shunglu Committee on the financial viability of discoms. He has received numerous awards, including the Young Professional Award for outstanding contributions to the RE sector.

An economist with an MBA from Delhi University, Vivek is a published author of two books on regulatory reforms in infrastructure. He has also written numerous articles in newspapers and journals and regularly conducts training sessions for utilities, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and regulatory commissions.

Outside of work, Vivek values maintaining a work-life balance, incorporating physical activity into his daily routine. He enjoys watching movies, with a particular fondness for the *Godfather* series.

Manu Srivastava, a 1991 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, holds both B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Over the course of his 33-year career, he has spent 18 years working in the energy sector, covering natural gas, electricity, and renewable energy.

He has led groundbreaking initiatives in solar energy, most notably the 750 MW Rewa Project, which set new standards for solar power in India by delivering solar energy at rates lower than coal-based power. This project, the first in the country to supply solar power to an institutional customer, meets 65% of Delhi Metro's daytime energy needs. It has received the World Bank Group's President's Award, and is studied at institutions like Harvard University and Singapore Management University.

Srivastava also pioneered a unique Solar Rooftop project model that involves zero investment by beneficiaries and provides 25 years of savings. Under this model, Madhya Pradesh secured the lowest solar rooftop tariff in India, with the project being implemented across over a hundred organizations in the state.

Both the Rewa and Solar Rooftop projects have been recognized among the top 15 "Innovations in Public Administration" by the Capacity Building Commission, Government of India. Srivastava is widely engaged as an expert in renewable energy, both nationally and internationally, and currently serves as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Energy and New & Renewable Energy Departments in Madhya Pradesh.

Pritesh Vinay has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at JSW Energy since 2020 and was elevated to Director (Finance) in 2022. He has played a pivotal role in expanding JSW Energy's renewable energy (RE) capacity, setting ambitious targets for FY25 and FY30 through renewable-led growth. Pritesh has also been a key figure in JSW Energy’s early ventures into storage projects, including Pumped Storage Projects (PSP) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), as well as Green Hydrogen projects.

He successfully led the company's debut Green USD Bond Issuance ($700 million) for the Hydro business in 2021 and raised Rs. 5,000 crore through a QIP, one of the largest equity capital raises in the Indian power sector, in 2024.

With over 23 years of experience in corporate finance, fund raising, investor relations, M&A, and equity research, Pritesh has worked with leading Indian and multinational corporations. Before joining JSW Energy, he held various leadership roles at JSW Steel Limited, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities, and the Aditya Birla Group.

David Wedepohl has been Managing Director of International Affairs at BSW Solar since 2017, and Managing Director of BSW gGmbH since 2023. His journey into the solar industry began while working for a US consulting firm, and he later served as the Head of Market and Communications at the German Solar Industry Association, where he became the association's spokesperson.

Kunal Saxena is the Head of Strategic Investments at AmpIn Energy Transition, bringing over 14 years of diverse experience across strategy, finance, banking, and operations. Rajat Verma is the Founder and CEO of LOHUM, India’s largest producer of sustainable critical materials, including EV battery materials. Under his leadership, LOHUM has built a dominant market share of approximately 80% in India’s battery recycling market and has emerged as the largest processor of critical materials such as Lithium and Cobalt.

Rajat's commitment to sustainability and innovation has led LOHUM to win several prestigious awards, including the FICCI India Circular Economy Award (ICEA) in 2024, the National Energy Efficiency Innovation Award (NEEIA) in 2023, and recognition as 'The Most Innovative Company of the Year 2022' by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Rajat has played a pioneering role in the electronic waste management ecosystem, developing and commercializing solutions across India, the US, and the GCC. Madhav Pai has been the Chief Executive Officer of the World Resources Institute, India, since April 2023. Over his 15-year tenure at WRI, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategy, structure, and growth, holding positions such as Interim CEO, Executive Director of the Sustainable Cities Program, and Director of EMBARQ.

As Executive Director of the Sustainable Cities Program, he influenced national and sub-national policies on urban transport, urban development, and electric mobility. He contributed to the Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, the national electric bus program, and the green hydrogen mission. Additionally, he expanded the Cities portfolio to transform Indian cities by integrating food, land, water, and energy systems to support India's low-carbon transition.

During his time as Director of the EMBARQ program, he supported landmark initiatives such as the Indore Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Raahgiri, and BusKaro. Madhav has authored numerous research papers and books on urban transport, resilience, and clean air.

Jochen von Frowein is the Director of Infrastructure & Energy, Global Equity at DEG, a part of the KfW group. He leads a team responsible for direct equity investments and commitments to infrastructure equity funds across developing countries and emerging markets worldwide. Previously, Jochen held several roles at DEG, including Vice President in Project Finance Latin America, VP in Private Equity Africa, and Director/Head of Private Equity Latin America. Waleed Saleh Alsuraih is the Lead Energy Specialist at the World Bank, where he leads the South Asia regional energy program. His work focuses on enhancing connectivity and cross-border electricity trade to create more resilient, integrated, and low-carbon power systems. He leads teams dedicated to developing national and regional power grids to improve energy security and sustainability, while also overseeing technical work on interregional grid integration to accelerate the global energy transition.

Previously, Mr. Alsuraih served as Cluster Leader for the World Bank's Energy Advisory Services in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. There, he spearheaded cross-border transmission projects and helped lay the foundation for the Pan-Arab Electricity Market in the MENA region. He also served as a Program Leader, coordinating infrastructure advisory services across energy, transport, digital infrastructure, and Public-Private Partnerships for the GCC countries.

Rajiv Mangal is the Vice President (Safety, Health & Sustainability) at Tata Steel. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Metallurgy from the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, he has completed the Advanced Management Programme from CEDEP (INSEAD, France), Director Certification Program from the Institute of Directors, Thailand, and attended the Global Advanced Management Program in Silicon Valley, USA.

Sean is a professional engineer and Principal Renewable Energy Specialist with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). He is the co-founder of the World Bank Group’s Offshore Wind Development Program, which has collaborated with over 25 governments globally to accelerate the adoption of offshore wind energy.

Additionally, he co-founded IFC’s Scaling Wind program, which assists governments in developing and tendering bankable utility-scale onshore wind projects.

Before joining IFC in 2011, Sean served as Vice-President of the Canadian Wind Energy Association and worked as a senior energy specialist and project developer with ICF Consulting. Mr. Tyagi has authored over 50 technical papers and published handbooks on High Voltage Circuit Breakers and Bamboo Nailing & Sand Piling Techniques in Power Transmission. He has also been a member of several prominent international organizations, including CIGRE and IEC, and currently serves on various BIS committees for standardization in power transmission.

In recognition of his contributions, Mr. Tyagi was conferred with the prestigious 1906 Award in 2022 by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) for his work on Ultra High Voltage Alternating Current (UHVAC) Transmission Systems. He also received the CIGRE Paris Award in 2018 for his contributions to the development of technical standards in transmission systems.

Sunil Gupta is an experienced business leader with a proven track record of building successful renewable energy businesses. As the CEO of Azure Power, he is responsible for leading the company's renewable energy initiatives in India.

Before joining Azure Power, Sunil served as Head of Southeast Asia & South Asia Business at Vena Energy, a leading Asia-Pacific renewable energy company. He oversaw business development and operations, managing renewable energy projects across the region. Previously, he was Group Head of the Renewable Energy Business at Sembcorp Industries in Singapore, where he played a key role in expanding the company's presence in India, Australia, Singapore, and Vietnam.

With over 32 years of experience in thermal power plants, Pankaj Kumar Gupta has specialized in the design, engineering, and operation of steam generators, electrostatic precipitators, and environmental systems such as FGD & De-NOx systems. He has been instrumental in developing strategies for implementing these systems at NTPC.

His contributions also extend to policy advocacy, providing expertise to government bodies like CEA, Niti Aayog, and MoEFCC on carbon capture, storage, utilization, and thermal power plant flexibilization. He leads NTPC’s collaboration with BHEL on Advanced Ultra Super Critical Technology.

Sarvanan is a qualified and experienced executive with over 16 years of expertise in silicon PV manufacturing processes. He is currently the Assistant General Manager at EMMVEE Group, a leader in TOPCon PV Cell and Module Manufacturing. In this role, Sarvanan focuses on continuous improvements in cell and module operations, driving innovation and business growth at EMMVEE.

His management style emphasizes innovation, responsibility, and goal-oriented teamwork. Sarvanan was instrumental in developing indigenous Silver paste for silicon solar cells, showcasing his technical prowess.

Prof Eicke R. Weber is the co-founder of MCPV, driving gigascale PV cell and module production in Europe. He has served as the founding Chairman and Vice-Chair of the European Solar Manufacturing Council (ESMC) from 2019 to 2024. His past roles include Director/CEO of the Berkeley Education Alliance for Research (BEARS) in Singapore (2017-2018) and Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (ISE) from 2006 to 2016. Prof. Weber was also a Professor of Physics and Solar Energy at the University of Freiburg, Germany, and was on the faculty of UC Berkeley’s Department of Materials Science and Engineering (1983-2006).

Throughout his career, Prof. Weber has received several prestigious awards, including the Award of Merit (‘Bundesverdienstkreuz am Bande’) from the German President (2006), the Einstein Award of SolarWorld AG (2013), and the Zayed Future Energy Prize (2014) for his work at Fraunhofer ISE. Prof. Weber’s research focuses on the materials science of silicon and compound semiconductors for microelectronics and photovoltaic (PV) applications. He has been a key advocate for transforming the global energy system toward 100% renewable energy as a solution to the climate crisis.

Prof Dinesh Kabra is the Forbes Marshall Chair Professor of Energy Science and Engineering at IIT Bombay, Mumbai, and Professor in the Department of Physics. He is also the co-director of the IIT Bombay-Ohio State University Frontier Research Centre and oversees emerging PV technologies at the National Centre for Photovoltaic Research and Education (NCPRE) at IIT Bombay.

She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned her PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Faruk Kazi holds a Ph.D. degree from IIT Bombay (2009) and currently serves as Professor and Dean of Research & Development at VJTI, Mumbai. He is a senior member of IEEE and received the AICTE-VISVESVARAYA Best Teacher National Award in 2020. He was also honored on the "Schneider Electric Wall of Thanks" in 2021 for his contributions to securing Schneider Electric products.

Dr. Kazi has extensively worked on digital architecture and cyber security for critical energy infrastructure, contributing to resilience frameworks for smart grids and smart city projects. His research team has identified vulnerabilities that led to the release of around 30 CVEs and worldwide advisories by ICS-CERT and OEMs. He has published over 100 research papers in IEEE Journals and Conferences, focusing on smart grids, cyber-physical systems, and critical infrastructure.

He chairs WG-3 (Digital Architecture and Cyber Security) of the India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) and was involved in investigating the Mumbai Grid failure incident on October 12, 2020. Dr. Kazi has also been a visiting research scholar at EPFL, MIT, and Tufts University.

He developed a research test-bed for cyber security of critical energy infrastructure with support from Siemens, Emerson, L&T, Schneider Electric, L&T Infotech, Claroty, and CISCO.

Mr. Pankaj Gupta is the World Bank's Regional Director for the Infrastructure Vice Presidency in the South Asia Region at the World Bank. In this role, he provides strategic vision and direction, focusing on innovation and public-private partnerships to deliver effective infrastructure services and enhance resilience.

Since 2011, Stephan Opitz has served as a Member of the Management Committee at KfW Development Bank, where he oversees operations in Asia and Europe. His extensive experience spans development finance, export and project finance, and product development within KfW Bankengruppe.

Mr. Girish Tanti, brother of late Mr. Tulsi Tanti and youngest among remaining siblings, aged 52 years, is also a founding member of Suzlon Energy Limited. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from UK. He brings to Suzlon an extensive experience of over 27 years in renewables and international business. Girish holds a unique blend of understanding the dynamics of technology and strong business acumen. Over the past years, he has played many roles including incubating the renewable energy business in 1995, established technology development centres in Europe and India, setting up the global supply chain, developing wind markets across India, establishing global business operations and corporate development activities. He also led various service functions, such as human resources, information technology, communications and CSR. He has been instrumental in Suzlon’s rise to become the only wind energy player from a developing nation to rank among the top five worldwide.

Shreya Mishra is the CEO of SolarSquare - India's leading residential solar brand. Shreya is an engineer from IIT Bombay and a serial entrepreneur. SolarSquare is backed by marquee international investors and entrepreneurs such as Nithin Kamath of Zerodha. Shreya has been named in prestigious global lists such as Forbes 30 under 30, Entrepreneur 35 under 35 and CNBC 20 under 40.

Mr. Sharma, currently positioned as Deputy Managing Director & Chief Credit Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer at SBI’s Corporate Office, Mumbai, is responsible for overseeing the credit portfolio of Bank and setting up of policy directions. He brings a wealth of experience across various Banking verticals in the Bank, specifically in credit. He is a Director on the Board of Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd. (ARCIL), National E-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL), NESL Asset Data Ltd. (NADL) as SBI Nominee. He is also a member of UKIIFB (UK India Infrastructure Financing Bridge) Task Force, a collaborative initiative jointly led by Niti Aayog and the City of London. Prior to his current role, he was heading ‘Project Finance & Structuring’ vertical of the Bank. He was also member of Task Force set up for establishment of National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID). He has worked in multiple important assignments at various locations in India as well as overseas at Singapore. His journey of 33 years at SBI has helped him in developing insights into various facets of Banking/ economy. He is actively involved in policy level discussions with various policy making bodies in the country.

Gagan Sidhu is a Director of the Centre for Energy Finance at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW), a leading independent policy research institute. His work at CEEW is focused on accelerating the flow of sustainable finance, including for India's energy transition. Prior to joining CEEW, he was CFO of GMR Renewable Energy, and before that, he worked in the investment banking industry across multiple geographic locations, including Tokyo, Singapore, London, and Dubai. Gagan holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from Delhi University’s Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from Duke University.

Shri K.R. Jyothilal IAS, a 1993 batch IAS officer is currently the Additional Chief Secretary, General Administration, Power and Forest & Wildlife Departments, Government of Kerala. Armed with a B Tech from IIT Madras and MBA from ICFAI, Mr. Jyothilal has earlier been the Collector of Trivandrum and Kannur, and held portfolios in IT, Transport, Revenue (Devaswoms), I&PRD, Printing and Stationery, Sainik Welfare, Taxes (Excise), Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Food and Civil Supplies, Tourism, Parliamentary Affairs, Ports, Aviation among others. He has been instrumental in projects related to hitech agriculture, Smart City Kochi, KMRL, KMTA, Kannur airport, e-mobility and hydrogen economy.

Govind Sankaranarayanan is the Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer at Ecofy. Govind has over 30 years of experience and has played a pivotal role in ideating and building Ecofy. He has been closely involved in crafting the idea of a climate finance institution. His deep experience in fundraising, policy advocacy, creating green products and building great teams has helped Ecofy in its quest for leadership. Before co-founding Ecofy, Govind spent 27 years at Tata and led teams in India, UK, US, and Canada across several industries. For 11 years, as Group COO & CFO, Govind was responsible for leading Tata Capital and was instrumental in creating one of Tata’s largest businesses. Earlier, as the global CFO of Tata Communications, an NYSE-listed company, he played a crucial role in transforming the company from a monopoly Public sector Undertaking to the world’s largest carrier of internet traffic. Govind has been a Board Director on Tata Capital Housing Finance, VSNL International, Tata Motors Drivelines, Tata Teleservices Maharashtra, Quikjet Ltd and E-Nxt Financials. Govind is currently a Board advisor to several fintech companies. He has been on Committees of the Reserve Bank of India, the Sustainable Finance Committee of the Ministry of Finance, Chairman of CII’s Economic Affairs committee, and a Member of CII’s committees on Accounting standards, Corporate Governance and the Bombay Chambers Banking and Finance Committee. Govind has a BE Hons in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a master’s in finance from the prestigious London Business School. In 1999, he was one of 12 Indians selected for the British Chevening Leadership award of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. In his leisure time, Govind loves spending time with family and enjoys playing tennis.

Pashu is a thought leader and visionary in energy and sustainability. He is currently focused on building a distributed clean energy platform to decentralize, decarbonize and democratize energy access to humankind. He is the Chairman and CEO of Fenice Energy. He is also an advisor to and a director of Ohmium which is focused on Green Hydrogen PEM technology in India. He played a significant role in developing the National Hydrogen policy of India. Previously, Pashu was the President and CEO of SunEdison for Asia, Africa, and Australia. He built SunEdison’s renewable energy business in these regions including over 1 GW of renewable energy power plants in India, Thailand, Malaysia, South Africa, China and Japan. Under his leadership, SunEdison was named India’s Best Solar Power Producer by IPPAI (Independent Power Producers Association of India) & Deloitte and was recognized globally for the ground breaking Gujarat Narmada Canal Top Solar project. SunEdison was also named as India’s most Innovative Developer. Pashu was also named the Solar Power Person in India. Pashu led Lightsource BP and Everstone’s bid to win the process for Green Growth Equity Fund, now called EverSource, run by National Infrastructure and Investment Fund of India and Department for International Development of UK government in 2017. In Bloom Energy, a hydrogen and a fuel-cell company, based out of NASA, Moffett Field, he led Strategy, Sales & Marketing and Corporate Finance functions. Pashu led Cypress Semiconductor's efforts in Image Sensors, Memory Devices in Mobile Handset markets and held roles leading strategy, marketing, M'A, VC Investments, and various Business Units.

Mr. Raghav Agarwal is a Director at Rotomag Motors and Controls Pvt Ltd, a leading Indian manufacturer of solar water pumps, solar inverters, and EV drive trains. Raghav is a professionally qualified technocrat with over 4 decades of rich and varied experience in public and private sector. In the last 15 years, Raghav has made valuable contribution to the “Solar water pumping program”, starting with the program of the Govt of Rajasthan for irrigation, leading to the annotation of this program in ‘Limca Book of records’ and the program being a finalist of the prestigious ‘Ashden, UK Award’. Raghav is associated with several reputed International and National Institutions for solar water pumping program and has travelled extensively within India and to several countries in Europe, Africa and Middle East for high level engagements and presentations in the domain of ‘Food – Energy – Water nexus’ of UN – FAO and ISA. Raghav is a Mechanical Engineer from BITS, Pilani and has completed his MBA from Lucknow University. He started his career with a Government of India Enterprise, under the Ministry of Defense, for manufacturing of fighter aircraft. He has managed several prestigious assignments in key positions. Before joining the renewable energy sector and solar sector 15 years ago, Mr. Agarwal was the CEO of a JV between the Indian and Russian Governments.
