Mr. Arun Sharma is an Engineering Graduate with Post Graduation in 'System Planning & Controls'. He has over 46 years of Projects in India & abroad and 20 years in Hydro Power experience at various senior Management positions and has widely travelled to over 60 countries. He is now the Chairman of Regency Power Group-managing four projects with portfolio of 20 MW. Mr. Arun Sharma is President of HIMALAYAS POWER PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION and President of Federation of Indian Small Hydropower. First ever Hilly Hydro Power Project to be connected to 33 KV Grid in Himachal Pradesh under UNDP program in Sept. 2001. He has also been awarded National Performance Excellence Award by IIIE & he is on various panels of Renewable Energy & skill development with the Central Government.

Bredo Erichsen is educated Hydrologist from the University of Oslo, Norway. He has been working in the power sector since he graduated and been working abroad since 2007. First in Albania then Turkey and now since 2015 in India

Civil Engineering Graduate from NIT Allahabad with Post Graduation from NIT Kurukshetra (1987), Presently working as Senior Vice President in Greenko. Around 34 years of experience in Energy sector wherein specialised hydro power experience is 28 years and more than 6 years in Hybrid Renewable Energy sector including Pumped Storage projects. Have discrete distinction of working equally in Government and Private sector i.e. almost 17years each, which includes more than 16 years at Senior Management positions. Hands on experience of working on around 20 hydro projects on concept to commissioning & equal number of Solar and Wind projects spread across 15 states i.e. varying from challenging Himalayan conditions to deccan Plateau conditions and constrained time lines. Presently working on two Worlds First & Largest Integrated Renewable Energy with Storage Projects (IRESP) of 5GW each wherein Pumped Storage component is around 1.2GW each.
